Who we are

Enroute 2 Success is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing unique experiences for youth in the community, by exposing them to fundamental life skills, mentorship, and programming to support them on their route to success.

Founded in 2022, Dave Rudder decided it  was time for youth to widen their horizon and engage in new and impactful experiences. 

In its short time, Enroute 2 Success has demonstrated the need for an organization like this in the community. So far, we have provided free weekly golf and chess lessons, take students to golf tournaments around the GTA, and hosted workshops that have left a lasting impression on the community.

Our Vision

Enroute 2 Success is committed to exposing youth to sports and other social activities, beyond those that youth are usually expected to excel in.

Our goal is to help the youth in our communities gain access to programming that will influence their attitudes and perceptions.
