Who We Are.
Enroute 2 Success is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing unique experiences for youth in the community, by exposing them to fundamental life skills, mentorship, and programming to support them on their route to success.
Founded in 2022, Dave Rudder decided it was time for youth to widen their horizon and engage in new and impactful experiences.
We originally started our chess lessons in a small section of a local restaurant. The room fit 6 to 8 people, and some weeks there was only one student. That same student has grown with the program ever since. In its short time, Enroute 2 Success has demonstrated the need for an organization like this in the community. So far, we have provided free weekly golf and chess lessons, take students to golf tournaments around the GTA, and hosted workshops that have left a lasting impression on the community.
Our Vision
EnRoute 2 Success works to expose youth to sports and other social activities beyond those that youth are usually expected to excel in. Our goal is to help youth in our communities gain access to programming that will influence their attitudes and perceptions.
Our Commitment
EnRoute 2 Success is committed to creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for youth, with a focus on reducing barriers to participation and helping young people develop the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to succeed.
Through programs such as chess, golf, educational and life-skills workshops, leadership development, career readiness, health and wellness initiatives, and community events, E2S provides youth with opportunities to:
• Develop leadership, confidence, discipline, and resilience.
• Build practical life, social, and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in recreational and educational activities in a safe and supportive environment.
• Explore career, educational, mentorship, and personal-development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with mentors, professionals, peers, and their community.
• Access programs and opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable because of financial or other barriers.
E2S strives to ensure that its programs are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to youth from diverse backgrounds, while strengthening their sense of belonging and helping them build pathways toward successful futures.
