Volunteer Opportunities with EnRoute 2 Success

At EnRoute 2 Success, volunteers help make our programs and events possible. From setting up for a fundraiser to helping youth get ready for a golf lesson or making sure chess boards are ready on Monday and Wednesday evenings, every role plays a part in creating positive experiences for our community. Many of our volunteers return week after week, building relationships with youth, families, and fellow volunteers, and becoming familiar faces that participants can rely on.

Volunteers support our programs in different ways depending on their availability. Some choose to help at a single event, while others prefer ongoing roles during weekly programs. Both types of involvement are important, and we work to match volunteers with opportunities that fit their schedule and interests. Whether someone is able to commit regularly or help when needed, their time and support are always appreciated.

Volunteer Roles You Can Apply For

We have a variety of volunteer positions that fit different skills and schedules, including:

Where You’ll See Our Volunteers in Action

You’ll see volunteers at many of our events, like the upcoming Breaking Barriers: The Story of Gloria Baylis performance and our annual Champions of Success Golf Tournament. Whether in-person or behind the scenes, their time and skills help ensure every experience we offer is well-organized and welcoming.

Volunteers often help with practical tasks throughout each program and event. This can include greeting guests, helping participants find their way, answering questions, or providing extra support when needed. These efforts help programs run smoothly and allow participants and families to focus on the experience.

Help Us Keep Free Youth Programs Running in Brampton

Volunteering with EnRoute 2 Success means helping us deliver free programs that create lasting opportunities for youth in Brampton. Our golf lessons teach focus, patience, and sportsmanship, while our chess program builds problem-solving skills, memory, and strategic thinking. Both programs give youth a safe place to grow, connect, and feel supported. Every volunteer role plays a part in making these opportunities possible.

Having consistent volunteers also helps create routine and familiarity for youth who attend our programs regularly. Seeing familiar faces can help participants feel more comfortable, especially for those who may be trying something new or building confidence over time.

Volunteering also offers an opportunity to be part of a community that values learning, teamwork, and positive experiences for youth. Many volunteers find that their time with EnRoute 2 Success is both rewarding and meaningful, as they contribute directly to programs that support youth development.

If you are interested in volunteering for one of these positions, please fill out the form.
