Join EnRoute 2 Success for a hands-on leadership and creative experience designed to help youth tell their story, build confidence, and create something lasting together.

Over four sessions, participants will write their thoughts, stories, and ideas on sticky notes, no rules, no corrections, no filter. Those individual pieces come together to form a large collaborative mosaic that will be unveiled during Youth Week.

Through guided activities rooted in chess strategy and creative expression, participants will reflect on their own growth, celebrate their teammates, and build a physical legacy that represents who they are and where they are going.
