Join EnRoute 2 Success for a free four-week youth leadership workshop where self-awareness, creativity, reflection, and leadership all come together.

Through interactive challenges, creative activities, leadership games, and self-reflection activities, participants will uncover their strengths, explore how others see them, and build a stronger understanding of who they are and who they want to become.

Throughout the program, youth will create personal billboards, gather feedback from their peers, and turn those insights into meaningful goals for the future.

  • May 13 — Who Am I?
    Create your personal billboard. Define strengths, motivators, and growth.

  • May 20 — The Power of Perception
    Gather feedback. See how others perceive you.

  • May 27 — The Mirror Effect
    Read your feedback story. Reflect on what surprised you and what it reveals.

  • June 3 — Goal Setting & Accountability
    Turn insight into action. Set clear goals and map out your next steps for growth.
