Join EnRoute 2 Success for the Leadership Mosaic Podcast, a dynamic two-hour podcast experience where youth take the mic to share their voices, perspectives, and leadership journeys.

Participants will engage in conversations around identity, growth, and leadership, exploring their ideas, sharing their experiences, and contributing to meaningful discussions that reflect who they are and who they are becoming.

Throughout the session, youth will build storytelling, communication, and media skills while learning how to express their ideas clearly, listen actively, and contribute to thoughtful conversations.

No prior podcasting or public speaking experience is required.
