Supporting youth on their Route 2 Success.
Enroute 2 Success is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting youth on their route to success by providing unique experiences that expose them to fundamental life skills, mentorship, and engaging programming.
What we offer
Chess Lessons
Chess has many benefits and can teach youth life skills at an early age. Such as problem-solving, planning, and improving memory. Youth can learn the game and art of chess at our free chess lessons taught by a professional chess coach on Wednesday evenings.
Golf Lessons
Golf is a great way to get youth involved in a sport that goes beyond physical fitness. This sport can help with mental and emotional development skills that will last their whole lives. Youth can sign up for our weekly golf lessons taught by a professional golf coach on Saturday mornings.
Workshops & Events
Enroute 2 Success workshops and events are a great way for us to connect and empower the community through inspiration, education and mentorship. In the past, we have hosted vision board workshops, financial literacy, healthy living, and more with inspiring and notable guest speakers.

What People Are Saying
“Thank you David and Renee for the impactful work you do in the community and introducing young people to these life skills.”
— Mayor Patrick Brown
While chess is the vehicle, the real impact is the growth that happens within each participant. Through every match, challenge, and team activity, youth are developing leadership, resilience, strategic thinking, and confidence. The skills they build here extend far beyond the chessboard and into their everyday lives.
— Coordinator, Susan Fennell Youth Hub
“I never thought that I would play or enjoy golf. But thanks to Enroute 2 Success I have a new hobby and have made new friends.”
— Youth Participant
"Chess means a lot to me. I feel like I fit in with this group at Enroute 2 Success. It helps me with my future in chess. Thank you."
